Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the sale of viticulture equipment imported by krawler. They will be specified and attached to each quote. Document being finalised; reference version to be completed with your legal advisor.

1. Purpose

krawler, distributor-importer, offers for sale imported radio-controlled viticulture equipment, selected and proven on its estate in the Beaujolais.

2. Quote and order

• Any quote request is free and without commitment.
• The sale is firm upon signing the quote and paying the deposit.
• Prices are indicative until confirmed on quote, subject to the dollar exchange rate and shipping costs.

3. Price and payment

• 70% of the amount on order.
• 30% on arrival of the machine in France.

4. Import, transport and lead times

krawler handles the order, sea freight, customs formalities and delivery. The indicative lead time is about 3 months from the order, barring transport contingencies.

5. Compliance and warranty

The machines are CE-certified. Warranty terms are specified on quote and at delivery.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the jurisdiction of krawler's registered office.
